Amireia Pajoara seeks to ensure the highest level of transparency and ethics in its activities. To disseminate and support all the company's initiatives, we have established a Compliance Program that promotes a culture of integrity based on our values and Code of Conduct.
We work on our Compliance based on three pillars that guide the system and promote ethical and upright attitudes in our routine: Prevention, Detection and Correction.
To guarantee the effectiveness of our Compliance and also with the aim of fulfilling our unwavering commitment to doing business the right way, we have developed various internal policies.
Over the years, we have earned the trust of customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders by adhering to ethical standards and by being open and honest in our communications. Our policies are resource tools that we can use to make ethical decisions.
All employees receive a printed Code of Conduct and have access to online materials such as awareness videos to encourage the adoption of recommended practices.
Given our activity and the different continents in which we do business, we are aware of cultural and legislative diversities, and for these reasons our business partners also receive our Business Partner Code of Conduct as a form of alignment, ethical commitment and determining factor for negotiations.
WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL - AMIREIA PAJOARA
Following the guidelines proposed by Amireia Pajoara's Code of Conduct and Compliance and the legislation applicable to our sector, we provide a direct and independent channel for all customers, suppliers, employees and third parties.
Use of this channel must comply with the following guidelines:
- 1. The complaint can be identified or not. When the whistleblower identifies themselves on the form and provides their contact details, it facilitates communication for possible clarification of doubts, as well as making it possible to follow up on the dealings, being aware that their identity will be preserved;
- 2. The information provided is the responsibility of the complainant and must be true;
- 3. The whistleblower must present evidence and/or consistent arguments through data and facts, which can support the ascertainment of the truth or its indications of proof;
- 4. If there is evidence of proof, it can be substantiated with attached documentation.
- 5. This channel is for reporting unethical and irregular conduct, such as suspicions of moral or sexual harassment, corruption, fraud and other illegal situations, so it should be used with caution and responsibility;

The information registered here will be received by an independent and specialized company, ensuring absolute confidentiality and the appropriate treatment of each situation by the company's senior management, without conflicts of interest.
The veracity of the information provided is the responsibility of the reporter. All information will be verified during the investigation process, and the resulting actions will be taken accordingly.
